Event follow-up with permission
Asinaria Corporation, doing business as Callbook AI, uses low-volume SMS for event and product follow-up, requested information, scheduling, support, and conversational replies.
Event registration alone does not enroll anyone in the Callbook AI SMS program. We request separate permission during a call and confirmation from the recipient’s handset before recurring follow-up begins.
How consent works
- Event relationshipWe call a person who registered for or attended an event and whose contact information may be used for event follow-up.
- Complete verbal disclosureDuring the call, the representative identifies Callbook AI, explains the SMS purpose, frequency, possible charges, opt-out and help methods, and that consent is voluntary.
- Affirmative verbal permissionThe recipient must clearly agree before we send a confirmation text.
- Confirmation from the handsetThe confirmation text asks the recipient to reply YES. Recurring event and product follow-up begins only after that reply.
- Consent recordWe retain the call identifier, disclosure version, timestamp, affirmative response, and handset confirmation.
Verbal disclosure used during the call“Would you like to continue this conversation by text and receive follow-up messages from Callbook AI about [Event Name] and our services? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of attending the event or purchasing anything. May I send a confirmation text to this number?”
The first text requires YES
After affirmative verbal permission, we send this confirmation message. The recipient’s reply completes enrollment.
